Click 'Start for Free' on the homepage. You can register with your email or via Google. Then verify your phone number via SMS to complete registration.

After initial registration, you'll be asked to enter your phone number. You'll receive a 6-digit code via SMS that you must enter to verify your account.

On the login page, click 'Forgot password?'. Enter your email and you'll receive instructions to create a new password.

Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account. Your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days, in accordance with GDPR.

You earn credits by inviting friends to Chute Certo. For each friend who registers and verifies their phone, you earn 2 credits. Your friend also receives 1 bonus credit.

Each credit allows you to unlock a complete analysis of a match. Simply click 'Use credit' on the match you want to see.

No, credits never expire. You can use them whenever you want.

We have the Free plan (with daily analysis limit) and the Pro plan (unlimited analyses, no ads, personalized alerts). Pro is available in monthly, quarterly, or annual cycles.

We accept credit/debit cards, MB WAY, and Multibanco, all processed securely through Stripe.

Go to Settings > Subscription > Cancel. Your Pro access continues until the end of the paid period. We do not offer refunds for unused periods.

We use statistical algorithms and artificial intelligence to analyze each match. We consider team form, head-to-head records, injuries, market odds, and other factors to generate predictions and insights.

Analyses are generated daily at 6am. We update with last-minute information (such as injuries or lineups) up to 1 hour before kick-off.

We show our hit rate when it's above 80%. Predictions are informational and do not guarantee results. Always bet responsibly.

We collect odds from various licensed bookmakers in Portugal in real-time. We always highlight the best available odds for each market.

We work with bookmakers licensed by SRIJ (Gaming Regulation and Inspection Service). All bookmakers presented operate legally in Portugal.

Go to Settings > Notifications. You can choose to receive push notifications, email, or both.

You can choose to receive alerts about: new matches from your favorite teams, daily analyses available, confirmed lineups, and special offers.

Try refreshing the page, clearing browser cache, or using another browser. If the problem persists, contact support.

Check that your card details are correct and you have available balance. If you used MB WAY or Multibanco, confirm that the payment was authorized. Contact support if the problem continues.
